The end-of-course evaluation assignment will allow participants to reflect on what they have learned and how ready they feel to put their knowledge and skills to work.
The OSHA survey will provide feedback to Mid-South OTIEC and OSHA on the course and instructor. OSHA requires completion of the OSHA survey by each participant prior to submission of the course certificate.
